SMART Project Space was founded in 1994 and since its inception has developed into a site for cultural production. SPS supports artists and stimulates new relationships between the artist and the public, at the same providing a context which defines the parameters of cultural production. Housed in a former Pathological Anatomical Laboratory, SMART Project Space provides the framework for artistic production and creative research by drawing together a wide range of approaches from some of the most interesting emerging international artists.
Expodium, Utrecht (www.expodium.nl)
Expodium, based in Utrecht, asks international starting artists from different disciplines, to manifest their ideas in close collaboration with the artistic team. Expodium challenges artists to go beyond the paved roads of exhibitions and search for a fresh dialoque with the public. Expodium works with artists who are aware of current developments in the world and contemporary art. Over the last few years, the platform grew out to an important place in the city of Utrecht; there are a lot of art students and starting artists who visit the shows and actively join the events. With that, Expodium proofs to be a place where starting artists can share their thoughts. By working with international artists, it is possible to give input to the broader, global art discussions.
Lokaal 01, Breda (www.lokaal01.org)
Lokaal 01 is a research- and presentation space for contemporary art and sound. It programs the most recent developments in contemporary art and sound and connects the work of young artists with work of established artists within the context of the different disciplines. It was founded in 1981 as a result of a local artists initiative in Breda (The Netherlands) and has grown into an transnational foundation, which resulted into another location in Antwerp (Belgium).

Sign - tentoonstellingsruimte voor Hedendaagse Beeldende Kunst
Naast maandelijkse exposities, organiseert sign korte projecten in haar ruimte.
Tijdens die projecten ligt het accent op experiment en samenwerking tussen (meerdere) kunstenaars. Sign is opgericht in 1988 en heeft sindsdien meer dan 200 exposities georganiseerd.

Met trots laten we u weten, dat wij nu op een prachtige locatie zitten, tegenover het Van Abbemuseum. In deze sfeervolle galerie organiseren we regelmatig tentoonstellingen van eigentijdse beeldende kunst van nationale, maar ook internationale kunstenaars.Tevens bieden wij de gelegenheid om de galerie te gebruiken voor representieve doeleinden zoals vergaderingen, presentaties, netwerkbijeenkomsten en dergelijke.

Sinds een kwart eeuw stimuleert het Centrum Beeldende Kunst de Rotterdamse kunst en het Rotterdamse kunstklimaat. Een bevlogen missie ligt hieraan ten grondslag : Het CBK heeft in opdracht van het gemeentebestuur tot taak de positie van de beeldende kunst in Rotterdam en van de Rotterdamse beeldend kunstenaar te versterken door optimale voorwaarden te creëren voor de productie, presentatie en afzet van de beeldende kunst in alle sectoren van de samenleving, daarvoor in brede zin permanent aandacht te vragen en waardering te stimuleren bij een zo groot mogelijk publiek door het ontwikkelen van activiteiten die voor een ieder toegankelijk zijn.

Stroom Den Haag (an independent foundation founded in 1989) is an active center for visual arts and architecture. Stroom has an active policy for artists from The Hague and also initiates a large number of (international) activities in the fields of visual arts, art in public space, architecture and design, in the broadest sense of the word. Stroom organizes exhibitions, manifestations and lectures, makes publications, has a library on its premises and develops special projects in the field of art in public space and architecture. The name Stroom was chosen because it stands for energy and movement.
