Galleria Rubin, Milan, IT

Galleria Lawrence Rubin was founded in Milan in 1997 by James Rubin and Christian Marinotti. Throughout the years the gallery shifted its focus from the leaders of the American art scene to the young Italian artists with the aim of approaching the domestic art world.
At present the gallery has a very eclectic program encompassing the most diverse trends and nationalities. In October 2003 the gallery moved from the original address in via Marco de Marchi to new premises in via Bonvesin de la Riva. The new space ads to the regular exhibiting area a project room called -news which is linked to a non profit association, with the aim of enabling young artists to produce as well as exhibit their art works.
