Expodium, the platform for young art, stimulates, produces and presents the latest developments in contemporary art.
The art projects at Expodium parallel the developments that are going on in the area surrounding the central railway station in Utrecht. By means of critical reflection on and shaping a vision for these developments from the autonomous domain of the visual arts, Expodium wishes to contribute to the dialogue regarding the design of, and thinking about our cities.
Expodium delves as deeply as possible into current tendencies and situations in urban development. We seek to observe movements in that development, and on the basis of these formulate a concept for a project.
