Le salon
Le Salon is an online platform aimed at presenting, documenting and reflecting on the Brussels contemporary art scene. Le Salon is a curatorial project initiated by Devrim Bayar and developed in close collaboration with Virginie Devillez and Martin Laborde. Regular contributors and special guests are invited to contribute to the content of the website with reviews, interviews, studio visits or thematic texts.
HOTEL CHARLEROI
Hotel Charleroi is a flexible structure initiated by three European artists who would like to live and work in Charleroi. Located 60 km south from Brussels, Charleroi is a decaying industrial town with all associated symptoms - high unemployment rate, raising criminality, corruption affairs, etc. Its surrealistic urban landscape, reminiscences from an intense industrial past (slag heaps, steel factories) along with numerous irrational public infrastructures planned in the sixties (metro, ring road on viaduct), doesn't fit at all with its relatively small scale (pop. 400 000).
The Thami Mnyele Foundation
an artists-in-residence program, enabling artists from Africa the opportunity to live and work in Amsterdam for a period of three months. The atelier, that the Thami Mnyele Foundation made available, continues to be a vibrant meeting place for artists from Africa and artists from the Netherlands.
Institute for Provocation
IFP is the collaborative intelligence of architect Chen Shuyu (Beijing) and dramaturge Els Silvrants-Barclay (Antwerp). Beijing operates as a research station hosting residencies and Antwerp functions as its curatorial and editorial extension. Projects are not limited to the one or the other location; they travel in between.

This Brussels-based project was initiated early 1996 by the Delegation for the Development of the Pentagon (Urban Development Department of the City of Brussels) in cooperation with various other services.

Index of /Public Space With A Roof
The PSWAR project space consists of a 45sqm space and a mezzanine office area. It hosts an archive of artist documentation, publications and project descriptions. Artists can submit documentation to the archive, which can be accessed by the public during opening hours.

City Mine(d) is a production house for urban interventions, committed to the development of new forms of urban citizenship, the re-appropriation of public space -roads, airwaves, stations, estates, parks, squares, virtual space- and the creation of cutting edge public artwork. The initially Belgian NGO now has agencies in Brussels, Barcelona and London, which are registered offices of the head office in Brussels.
