SocialEast Forum on the Art and Visual Culture of Eastern Europe
The SocialEast Forum considers the art and visual culture of Eastern Europe through collaborative projects, exhibitions and seminars. The forum is based on cooperation between leading scholars from across Europe, as well as the involvement of curators, artists and other professionals who deal in their work with issues of art and memory. The goal of SocialEast is to encourage comparative research into the art history of the countries of Eastern and Central Europe, as well as to examine how a revised understanding of the achievements and circumstances of East European art impact on global interpretations of art history.
IsolArtCenter
Until today 27 exhibitions presented works of more than 200 Italian and International artists, 13 special projects and 26 lectures and discussions. The center sold artworks donated by artists in order to pay the lawyers of the district associations. A network of artists, curators, musicians, philosophers and art school has elaborated and experimented an innovative concept of a Center for Art and Neigborhood located in Isola parks.
IF I CAN'T DANCE
If I Cant Dance is a rolling curatorial project based on performative practices, which departs from a spirit of open questioning and a long term enquiry with artists. Currently it focuses on the legacies and potentials of feminism(s) in relation to art today. Inspired by the quote of Emma Goldman, If I cant dance, I dont want to be part of your revolution, the project explores the critical and celebratory implications of this statement in artists work.
falkeandcharlotte
falkeandcharlotte is a collaboration between Falke Pisano and Charlotte Moth. After meeting, talking, finding out they like working together and thinking about the future they decided to open up a space for a period of around 2 years in Paris, to help and facilitate the making of new works, projects etc. The space will be called falkeandcharlotte and will probably open in 2008. Until then, projects will be developed in different locations. For the first period falkeandcharlotte teamed up with Ellen de Bruijne who offered the project space of her gallery Ellen de Bruijne Projects in Amsterdam, Dolores, to serve as the quarters of a first trial period of falkeandcharlotte.

This is the Complaint Choir sharing web-site. Here you can find information about all complaints choirs that have been initiated around the world. You can also submit information about an upcoming choir, find fellow complainers or discuss in the complaints choir forum. This project was initiated by Tellervo Kalleinen and Oliver Kochta-Kallleinen in 2005. The First Complaints Choir was organized in Birmingham followed by the Helsinki Complaints Choir.
